Incredible storage option! Customer service is excellent. Price was VERY affordable. I had one of the outdoor storage units which were incredibly spacious (like a shipping container). I stored most of my house in the container for 8 months including over the winter and moved it out in the exact same condition it was when I moved it in! No unwanted surprises like rodents or funky smells. I had initially wanted an indoor, heated unit because I thought outdoor storage would be a risk but ended up needing more space so went with outdoor and very glad I did! The units are very secure and air tight. Was very easy to get set up and to cancel once I no longer needed my unit. Would 100% recommend for your storage needs!

Rented in Woodstock and so easy to set up, no need to have to call anyone. Moving out is just as easy. Rented a small unit too small so right on the spot rented a bigger unit with no hassles. Company is very good at adjusting accounts based on timing and refunding credit. Quite impressed with their billing and how fast they sort out accounts when you rent more than one unit/move out.

I have been with Storage Solutions for almost 5 years and I have been very very happy with the service. They have always been very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have had! My mom had a storage unit as well and when she passed away I had to take care of cancelling her unit and Glen made it a very easy process during that time which I was very grateful for. There has never been an issue or anything with my unit and I am very happy to know that it is always secure and always clean and well managed. Thank you so much for the peace of mind knowing my things are safe and monitored.

I've had a great experience storing my belongings here. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The security gives me peace of mind, and it was kept warm during the winter. I haven't needed much customer service but they have answered the phone whenever I have needed. I found the pricing very reasonable compared to other options. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable Storage Solution!

I've had a large unit with these guys since the summer and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to store some stuff. The facility is clean, quiet, and climate controlled. They have a wide variety of sizes as well as outdoor shipping container style. The customer service both in-store and over the phone is exceptional. When first deciding on a unit I went all over town to all the other facilities and storage solutions by far was the best choice. Most everything can be done online for those who prefer not to deal face to face with people. I was allowed temporary use (maybe 30 mins-an hour) of an empty unit so I could make space and reorganize my own stuff. Guarantee if ever I need storage in the future this will be my first choice! And it should be yours too!!! **Update** We ended up being overly ambitious when trying to empty the large unit. It resulted in us needing to immediately rent a smaller unit still, which thankfully, was available! The lady at the front (not sure I ever caught her name) is so patient and kind and helped us through the process. We had recieved a bounce back from the last payment on the large unit which they automatically applied to the lease of the smaller one! That made everything so easy!! We have now officially emptied our unit and terminated our contract. Should we ever require storage in the future or know someone who does bet your arse you'll be the go-to! So clean, so friendly. 24 hr access with code, climate control options or outdoor shipping containers. So many sizes and price options to choose from. 100% recommend.
