I am very happy with this storage place. I dealt with Stephanie from the Toronto location over the phone. She is very lovely, and extremely helpful person with such a great demeanor. I also received a great deal from this storage location in Woodstock ON. The price is good compared to some other storage places I find. The perks offered are also best rated compared to other storage places that do not offer any extras. This is a nice added touch. I highly recommend anyone to rent from My Storage. I would not think twice of using them again in the future if I needed another unit.

Rented in Woodstock and so easy to set up, no need to have to call anyone. Moving out is just as easy. Rented a small unit too small so right on the spot rented a bigger unit with no hassles. Company is very good at adjusting accounts based on timing and refunding credit. Quite impressed with their billing and how fast they sort out accounts when you rent more than one unit/move out.

Incredible storage option! Customer service is excellent. Price was VERY affordable. I had one of the outdoor storage units which were incredibly spacious (like a shipping container). I stored most of my house in the container for 8 months including over the winter and moved it out in the exact same condition it was when I moved it in! No unwanted surprises like rodents or funky smells. I had initially wanted an indoor, heated unit because I thought outdoor storage would be a risk but ended up needing more space so went with outdoor and very glad I did! The units are very secure and air tight. Was very easy to get set up and to cancel once I no longer needed my unit. Would 100% recommend for your storage needs!
