I have been with Storage Solutions for almost 5 years and I have been very very happy with the service. They have always been very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have had! My mom had a storage unit as well and when she passed away I had to take care of cancelling her unit and Glen made it a very easy process during that time which I was very grateful for. There has never been an issue or anything with my unit and I am very happy to know that it is always secure and always clean and well managed. Thank you so much for the peace of mind knowing my things are safe and monitored.

I haven't needed much customer service but they have answered the phone whenever I have needed. I found the pricing very reasonable compared to other options. Their Woodstock location is easily accessible, indoors, clean and they have everything you need to help make moving your items easier. Unexpectedly needed a storage unit ASAP one weekend. I was able to go on the website and secure a storage unit and gain access to it after hours. The entire experience and how easy it was, eased a large amount of sudden stress for me. The storage unit itself was impeccable. I have been beyond thrilled with the storage unit. I enjoy the peace of mind knowing it’s gated/secure. The storage unit is properly sealed and I have had no issues with water or pests. Highly recommend.
